# Manage Projects

In Sheetful, a "Project" represents the connection between a specific Google Sheet and its generated API.

## 1. Creating a Project

To create a new project:

1. Go to the **Dashboard**.
2. Click the **"New Project"** button.
3. Authorize access to your Google Drive (if necessary).
4. Select the spreadsheet you want to connect.
5. Set an identifier name for the project (used internally only).

## 2. Project Settings

On the project details page, you can:

- **View Sheet ID:** Essential for making API calls.
- **Monitor Requests:** Track your API usage.
- **Sync:** Force a cache update (if applicable) or revalidate the connection.

## 3. Deleting a Project

If you delete a project on Sheetful:

⚠️ **Warning:** Deletion is permanent. Your spreadsheet in Google Drive will **NOT** be deleted, but all API endpoints will stop working immediately.
